Over the course of his career, Jeff Nemecek has gained experience as a bond counsel and as an underwriters’ counsel, and he has had a hand in more than $5 billion in closed public financing transactions so far, covering 21 statesin all. The types of public financing Jeffrey Nemecek has worked with is impressive, including project-revenue financing, conduit transactions, excise tax revenue obligations, loan pool obligations, taxpayer funded projects and obligations, and government appropriated funding options, including tax-exempt and taxable obligations.
Among the projects wherein Jeffrey Nemecek has played a key role have included infrastructure projects like solid waste and resource recovery facilities, water and sewer facilities, as well as airports and hydroelectric facilities, as well as hospitals, schools, courthouses, correctional facilities and facilities for non-profits, to help them improve the communities in which he operates.
In addition to running his own firm, the Law Offices of Jeffrey A. Nemecek between 1992 and 1997, Jeffrey has worked with a number of very prominent firms, primarily in each firm’s public financing practice.
